Privacy at My Parent Village

We collect account details such as your email address, first name, city, postcode, contact preference, listings, messages, favourites, reviews, reports, and photos you choose to upload.

Your postcode and WhatsApp number are treated as private profile details. They should only be used to support local matching and contact preferences inside the product.

We use your information to create listings, show local search results, support messages between parents, prevent abuse, and moderate reported content.

We use audience measurement to understand which pages are useful, broad traffic trends, approximate countries, referral sources, and campaign links. Google Analytics may store an analytics identifier in your browser for audience and session measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data, Google Signals, and advertising personalisation remain disabled, and My Parent Village account details are not sent to Google Analytics.

Google may receive measurement signals such as the page visited, referring site, campaign parameters, approximate device information, and an approximate location derived during network processing. My Parent Village also keeps limited pseudonymous page-view statistics for up to 90 days. These measurements are not used to read messages or build advertising profiles.

You can update profile information, archive listings, and choose whether other parents contact you through in-app messages or WhatsApp.
